Cold brew is the process by which we brew the coffee. This is a 24 hour brewing process done with cold water to create a smoother less acidic taste then your traditioonal hot brewed espresso. Cold brew tends to have a bit more caffine in it and yet a smoother finish when drinking it. Cold Brew being less acidic means that it takes less flavors or milk products to change the taste and therefore we suggest lighter flavoring choices with cold brew coffee (a little flavor goes along way in a cold brew).
